Representatives of Bethesda Softworks had informed that the first additions to Fallout 3 will be offered before the end of September. The reason for the delay is rather prosaic. However, the information disclosed by Mr Ashley Cheng on his official U.S. PlayStation blog has shown that the reason lies in the DLC tests: "Not only do we have to check each individual DLC, but also how the work together, and also with the basic version of the game. "
