WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS   Minimum Requirements: Years  Skills/Experience 5 Analysis and/or development experience in the full range of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), which includes application design, coding, testing, application deployment. 5 Development experience with Microsoft .Net _frame_work, ASP.NET using C#. 5 Web application development experience with HTML, ASP pages, _java_script__, and IIS. 5 Experience developing secure, high performance multi-user, web applications using ASP.NET, C# and .NET _frame_work for IIS. 5  Work experience and skills in the use of MS SQL Server. Must be able to develop views and stored procedures. Note: At least 3 of the 5 years must be in the use of MS SQL Server 2005, with the remaining 2 years (of the 5 years) in the use of MS SQL Server 2000 or greater. 5 Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio 2003 and/or 2005. 5 Experience working with complex data structures. 4 Experience with adhering to coding standards. 4 Strongly motivated worker with ability to work in self-directed environment with minimum supervision. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to communicate well both orally and in writing. 4 Experience creating _object_ oriented designs from existing system and functional specifications. 3 Experience with _xml_ and XSLT. 3 Experience using the Agile Methodology in a software development environment. 3 Experience using third party tools to develop class, package, and deployment diagrams. 3 Experience leading software development teams. 3 Experience in UML, and _object_ oriented design and able to document application design using a UML modeling tool. 3 Experience in Crystal Reports and/or Crystal Enterprise. 2 Experience with Cognos Reporting 2 Experience generating unit tests against requirements and N-Unit testing.   Preferences: Years  Skills/Experience 2 Prefer experience with Enterprise Architect or other like modeling tool. 1 Knowledgeable of ADA compliance standards. 1 Previous work experience at the Texas Education Agency in software development is preferred.
